Need to make a return? No problem!

We are committed to 100% satisfaction! You can return most items for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

To make a return, email hello@supplyme.com with your order number to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will cover all costs related to the return, replacement, or exchange. Otherwise, you handle return shipping through the carrier of your choice.
  • Once you are issued an RA number, returned items must be received within 15 days, unopened, in original packaging, and in salable condition to receive credit.
  • Restocking fees (15-30%) are only charged on manufacturer direct items (e.g. rugs, cribs, die cutting items, etc.), on orders that received free shipping, and/or when we incur costs because our return policy isn't followed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-tangible, digital, clearance, and discontinued items may not be returned.
