To make a return, email email@example.com or call (800) 454-3599 with your order number
to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.
If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will cover all costs related to the return, replacement, or exchange.
Otherwise, you handle return shipping through the carrier of your choice.
Once you are issued an RA number, returned items must be received within 15 days, unopened, in original packaging, and in salable condition to receive credit.
Restocking fees (15-30%) are only charged on manufacturer direct items (like rugs and cribs), on orders that received free shipping, and/or when we incur costs because our return policy isn't followed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-tangible, digital, clearance, and discontinued items may not be returned.
