    Do you accept purchase orders (PO)?
    No, we do not accept purchase orders. All orders must be placed online and prepaid by check or credit card. If you would like to prepay by check, simply select "Check or Money Order" during checkout.
    What are your shipping rates?
    We make it easy to calculate your shipping total and estimated arrival date. See our shipping page for more information.
    Do you ship to my address?
    We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship internationally.
    How will my order ship?
    In order to offer the best shipping rates possible, we use a variety of carriers to ship each order as efficiently as possible. Our most common carriers include the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
    My organization is tax exempt.
    Sales tax is only applied to Ohio orders. If you are a tax exempt organization in Ohio, please fax your sales tax exemption certificate to (800) 454-3599, and we will contact you with details on how to place a tax exempt order.
    What is the status of my order?
    Visit your order history page for up-to-date order status. There, you can print a copy of your receipt and view shipment status and tracking information. You will also receive order updates via the email address you entered during checkout.
    Can you send me a catalog?
    Our catalog is entirely online. We do not ship physical product catalogs.
