  • How can I calculate the cost of shipping?
    • Orders for in-stock items ship for a flat-rate of $4.95 within the continental United States. Orders with an in-stock subtotal of at least $79 ship for FREE!
    • Most manufacturer direct items (like rugs and cribs) ship for FREE! Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska cost $16.95 and do not qualify for free shipping. Faster shipping is available at checkout.

  • How will my order ship?
    • In order to offer the best shipping rates possible, we use a variety of carriers to ship each order as efficiently as possible. Our most common carriers include the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). You can also prepay by check or money order.
  • Do you allow purchase orders?
    • No, we do not accept purchase orders. All orders must be placed online and prepaid by check or credit card. If you would like to prepay by check, simply select "Check or Money Order" during checkout.
  • What is the sales tax on my order?
    • Sales tax is only applied to Ohio orders. If you are a tax exempt organization in Ohio, please fax your sales tax exemption certificate to (800) 454-3599, and we will contact you with details on how to place a tax exempt order.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    • Each product page contains a 'shipping information' section that details estimated shipment time, geographic restrictions, and other special shipping cases. Items marked as "In Stock" usually ship the next business day if the order is placed by 6:00 p.m. ET, but during high volume times like back-to-school season, some orders can take longer to ship.
    • If a product is designated as a "Manufacturer Direct" product, it can take four to six weeks for delivery since it ships directly from the manufacturer. You are welcome to give customer service a call if you would like to get a precise time frame for when the order would be delivered.
  • How secure is my information?
    • We take privacy and security very seriously. All payment and personal information submitted to Tristro sites is securely processed using 128-bit SSL encryption. Also, for your security, your payment information is only used for processing this transaction and is not stored in our database.
  • How do you handle backordered items?
    • UPS ground or USPS are used for nearly all in-stock products. Multiple in-stock products ordered together will ship at the same time unless one or more of the products are on backorder.
    • Orders shipping to military addresses or outside the Continental U.S. will ship complete (all items will be held until entire order can ship).
    • Otherwise, backordered items will all ship together once we get more in stock, while the rest of the products will ship immediately so you don't have to wait. Backordered products that take longer than sixty days will be canceled and a refund will be given for those products. We take care of all of the shipping costs associated with backorders so you'll never be charged anything additional just because products are backordered!
  • How does your return policy work?
    • Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Tristro sites! If you need to make a return, the first step is to contact us either by phone or our contact us form so we can get you a return authorization (RA) number. You have thirty days from the purchase date to request a return.
    • If you are making a return because of an error on our part (for example, you received the wrong product or a damaged product), we'll absolutely take care of everything free of charge. We offer more info about our return policy in our terms and conditions if you'd like to get more details.
