What is the sales tax on my order?
- Only orders placed in Ohio are subject to sales tax. If you are tax exempt and placing an order from Ohio, call our support team at 800.454.3599 and we will assist you in placing a tax-exempt order. All orders placed outside of Ohio are not subject to sales tax.

How can I calculate the cost of shipping?
- To calculate freight cost, simply add all of your items to the cart, and view the shopping cart page by clicking on the shopping cart picture near the top right-hand side of any page. On the cart page, enter your shipping address zip code in the 'Estimate shipping and tax rates' section to retrieve estimated shipping, tax, and totals.

When will my order be delivered?
- Each product page contains a 'shipping information' section that details estimated shipment time, geographic restrictions, and other special shipping cases. Items marked as "In Stock" usually ship the next business day if the order is placed by 6:00 p.m. EST, but during high volume times like back-to-school season, some orders can take two business days to ship.
- If a product is designated as a "Manufacturer Direct" product, it can take four to six weeks for delivery since it ships directly from the manufacturer. You are welcome to give customer service a call if you would like to get a precise time frame for when the Bulletin Board Set Western Round Up (SS-14648) would be delivered.
