Tooth Measuring - Children's Dental Health Month
February is children's dental health month and, in the spirit of healthy teeth, Kristin of First Grade Teaching designed a fantastic tooth measuring activity that is sure to be a hit with your preschoolers too! Here's the basics:

Provide your students with a worksheet of teeth shapes to cut out. |

Invite your students to use these cutouts to measure the hygiene items - the toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, and mouthwash. |

Have students record how many teeth long each hygiene item is on their summary worksheet. |
 |
Place students into groups and invite them to compare their answers, remeasuring to settle any differences. |
