DIY Fall Button Tree
We realize the fall season has almost come to an end, but if you're looking for a fun and unique seasonal decoration for your classroom {for what's left of the fall season or next year!}, be sure to check out this button tree from Debbie at Happy Clippings! Supplies You'll Need
- Brown card stock
- Natural butcher paper
- Yellow, orange, and red buttons in assorted sizes
- Scrabble tiles, letter tiles, or letter stickers
- Craft glue
- Scissors
- Inexpensive picture frame
The process is pretty simple - cut your desired tree shape {trunk, branches, and/or leaves} from the butcher paper, lay it out on the brown card stock, glue it down once you have it placed correctly, and add the embellishments! Even if you don't feel like you're particularly artistic, this project doesn't take a lot of fancy flourishes but still looks super crafty. Place the finished {dry!} product in a simple frame and you'll have a lovely DIY decoration to sit on your desk during the fall season!
