Last Words of Wisdom For Your Graduating Seniors

With graduation looming in the not-so-distant future, it seems like there is little time to impart to your graduates all the 'worldly' knowledge you feel they should know and grasp hold of. Many students feel defeated when they can't get a problem or find a certain exercise too challenging. There will be many points along their journey that they'll be thrust into new situations, have to deal with unprecedented problems, or be faced with challenging decisions. Remind them that it is okay to say "I don't know". This is not an indicator that they're stupid or inadequate. They key is to remember that we can't be experts at everything. On the flip side, it is also important that graduates know where they can go for information and help when they don't know something.

If At First You Don't Succeed...

Success starts with the right attitude and it is how you choose to deal with the small failures of the everyday that will define who you are. Don't let the mistakes take over your life and if at first you don't succeed, TRY AGAIN!
