How fun is this candy corn door display created by Ms. Jessi?! If you don't have time for a super detailed design, but still want a door design that packs a decorative punch, this is sure to be a hit with parents, fellow teachers, and students alike!

[And, as a side note, while the student-crafted hand print ghosts are super cute, the candy corn design can also stand alone!]

Trick or Treat!

  • Background: Orange bulletin board paper.
  • Title: "Trick or Treat!"
  • Border: None needed.
  • Decoration: We suggest starting by sketching out the candy corn shape, directly onto the background paper, and making sure the proportions are what you want. To get the same three-dimensional shape, fill in the sketched shape with pieces of scrunched tissue paper. [NOTE: We suggest cutting the sheets of tissue paper into manageable 4x4 squares and scrunching them around a circular item - like a small paint bottle or bottle of craft glue - to get the desired shape.]
