"Our Hero!" - Teacher Appreciation Bulletin Board Idea
Lindsey over at The Teacher Wife shared this SUPER teacher appreciation bulletin board, created by her amazing sister/room mother by hand, and we were blown away! The theme is adorable. The colors really pop. We just love everything about this design!
"Our Hero!" Teacher Appreciation Door
- Background: Light blue bulletin board paper.
- Title: "_____________ [teacher's name] Is Our Hero!"
- Border: Solid yellow wavy trimmer or strips of yellow background paper/art tissue paper scrunched to create a 3D trimmer.
- Decoration: 1) The Superhero. Either draw and assembled the cutout, or find a clip art image online to enlarge and trace using the classroom projector system. Use construction paper and markers to add the detailing. [NOTE: Be sure to select eye color, hair color/length, etc. that match those of the teacher you're honoring!] Attach the cutout to the center of the board. 2) The Starbursts. Print or trace and cut starbursts from yellow construction paper, printing the name of each student onto a cutout. Arrange the shapes around the board.
