Part 3 - Luau Book Fair

Here's the last part of the fabulous luau themed book fair Ibis, Celeste, and Erica put together for the students at Miami Lakes K-8. This decorating trio plans to the last detail and the results are simply phenomenal!

Updated 'Say Aloha!' Board. The decorating trio borrowed actual surf boards from several staff members to add some authenticity to their display and set up a fun interactive table where students can enter a contest - 'How many flip flops are in the Jar?' - to win a small prize!

Tiki Bar. Ibis' husband made the tiki bar using plastic PVC pipe, spray painted brown, and thin bamboo lines. The ladies then added a blue background, dollar store nets, fish/ocean cutouts, colorful leis, and other fun elements!

Spring Luau Display. Ever resourceful, the ladies reused their spring book display, adding Hawaiian cutouts purchased at the Party Store to go along with the luau theme. Genius!
