  • How will my purchases show up on my credit card statement?
    • Tristro companies, including this site, are owned and operated by MPM WebWorks, LLC dba Tristro. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "TRISTRO.COM/CC".
  • What sales tax will be applied to my order? What if my organization is tax exempt?
    • There is no sales tax on orders placed outside of Ohio. All Ohio orders are subject to sales tax unless your organization is tax exempt. Please fax your sales tax exemption certificates to 1.800.454.3599 and we will contact you with details on how to place a tax exempt order.
  • Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
    • We accept purchase orders from U.S. government agencies and public schools. Please call customer support at 1.800.454.3599 to get your account setup to purchase with a purchase order. Once your account has been properly setup, you can go through the normal checkout process on our website and select "Purchase Order" as your payment option. After you have completed the checkout process, we will place your order and send an invoice once the order has shipped. Payment is due upon receipt.
  • How secure is the personal information I submit to MPM School Supplies?
    • We take privacy and security very seriously. All payment and personal information submitted to Tristro sites is securely processed using 128-bit SSL encryption. Also, for your security, we do not store payment information in our database.

    • MPM represents the initials of the children in our family: Melanie, Philip, and Michael. All three of us have been involved from the beginning, learning from our parents the value of faith, service, and hard work.
