All of our cribs are 100% compliant with the new CPSC regulations

• On December 17th, 2010 the CPSC (consumer product safety commission) voted unanimously to approve new mandatory standards for both full-size and non full-size cribs.
• If you purchased your cribs prior to the above date there is a very good chance your cribs will NOT comply with the new regulations.
• As of June 28th, 2011 all cribs sold by manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, etc. will have to meet the new standards.
• By December 28th, 2012 all child care facilities, family child care homes, and places of public accommodation like hotels and motels must dispose of all of their non-compliant cribs and replace them with compliant ones.

• All traditional drop-side rail cribs will be non-compliant with the new regulations. We offer an alternate solution to the traditional drop-side, called the SafeReach™ system, that provides the same benefits as the traditional drop-side, and it meets the new regulations. • Simply immobilizing the drop-side of your crib does NOT make it compliant with the new regulations.
• The new regulations require: stronger crib slats, mattress support, more durable hardware, and each crib must go through more rigorous testing.
